Approached by a beautiful narrow cornish road and set in 7 acres of idyllic woodland valley between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft Valley with its shallow stream waterfall a mill pond and an abundance of wildlife flora and fauna is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet and is a beautiful base from which to explore Cornwall.

Beautiful walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area together with a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Miles of sandy beaches with excellent surfing boating boat charter horse and pony riding fishing many lovely gardens a cider farm and vineyard all within easy reach.

Compact open plan studio style cabin with kitchen/lounge/ diner and bedroom area. Kitchen with microwave and washer/dryer. Flat screen TV/DVD/ Hi-fi. Shower room. Patio doors leading to timber decked terrace with patio furniture and a part glass roof an outdoor hot tub and outdoor heated shower (not screened – ideal for washing wetsuits or a quick rinse before using the hot tub).
