A spacious modern cottage in a fabulous central location just a stones throw from the village centre. The stunning beaches of Saunton & Croyde are within a five minute drive.
Nestling at the end of a row of similar cottages, just a short stroll from the village centre and a fabulous selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, Ambrose Cottage is perfect for couples, friends or families who enjoy holidaying in this lovely Devon village. A choice of stunning beaches is within easy reach - Saunton Sands is less than 3 miles away and Croyde Bay just a little further. Spacious and modern throughout, the comfortable living room leads through to a second sitting room /sun lounge with patio doors out onto the front garden. The large dining/kitchen is well equipped to rustle up tasty suppers after a busy day surfing or enjoying any number of activities on offer here. A useful cloakroom is located off the good size hallway. Upstairs are two stylish bedrooms, the double having an ensuite shower room and the twin being served by a separate modern bathroom. Outside and to the front is a pretty courtyard garden providing a sitting out area ideal for barbecues or morning cuppa while planning the day ahead. Being close to the Tarka Trail and South West Coast Path, Ambrose Cottage is also a great base for walkers or cyclists and the bustling village atmosphere makes Braunton a popular location all year round.
