A luxurious barn conversion extensively refurbished in 2010 with a superb new kitchen/diner, including granite work tops, oak doors and floors and extra shower room. Situated in the tiny hamlet of Butterwick, within a mile of Bampton which has a shop and a pub serving food. Butterwick is a particularly tranquil area of The Lakes with footpaths and bridleways leading from the doorstep. Ullswater is 5 miles and Haweswater 3 miles with walks directly onto High Street and Harter Fell.
