Heather-lea is within only a few minutes walk of the beach and centre of Woolacombe, and enjoys a south facing aspect. This modern apartment occupies the first floor of the owners' large detached home, set well back from the road and enjoying views overlooking the village and beach from the living room and both bedrooms. Light and bright throughout, Heather Lea is perfect for small families or ideal for couples due to the flexibility of sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom is ensuite and the second is served by a bathroom and separate cloakroom. Mature gardens surround the house and there is an area of private sloping lawn to the rear for guests. With a choice of local pubs, restaurants, good shopping and the beach all on the doorstep, there is no need to move the car, and keen walkers can take full advantage of the magnificent coastal paths close by.
