The living room with chocolate brown leather sofas surround the slate hearth and has a wood burning stove for cosy evenings all year round. A few steps from the modern and bright kitchen/breakfast room brings you out to the attractive south westerly facing enclosed garden. Two bedrooms are stylishly presented, served with a bathroom with white suite. The garage provides ample storage for surfboards and beach equipment, and the level enclosed garden presents a wonderful setting for al fresco dining. With a relaxed and restful atmosphere Swell is ideal for those searching for a carefree holiday. For the more energetic the coastal path is close by giving Swell all year round appeal.
