Description of Westside Cottage
Stylish detached bungalow in a sought after area of the village with spacious family accommodation and lovely secluded rear garden.
Westside Cottage is located in this much sought after part of Croyde just a short walk to the sandy beach, coastal footpaths and village centre. Bright and cheerful throughout it has a cosy living room with gas coal effect stove to provide a warm welcome. The very spacious kitchen / dining room with vaulted ceiling is light bright and very stylishly presented with comfy seating, breakfast bar and feature fireplace with gas effect log burner. Three bedrooms are attractively furnished, the double being ensuite and the two remaining rooms served by a separate modern newly refurbished family bathroom. French doors from the kitchen / dining room open out onto the patio of a lovely secluded garden which is fully enclosed making it ideal for children or pets. The garden is a real suntrap, perfect for barbecues or just relaxation. A useful lockable shed provides storage for bicycles, beach equipment and surfboards. A fabulous choice in a great location!
Accommodation: Ground floor: Porch. Living room with gas fire, TV with freesat, DVD and stereo. Kitchen / dining room with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining area with gas fire, dining table & chairs to seat 6 and lounge seating to seat 2. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath, mixer handset over bath plus fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. NS heaters, electric wall heaters. BBQ. Patio dining furniture. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. 1 pet welcome. No smoking. Private parking on the driveway for 3 cars. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
